Couldn't fault anything.

The hotel are good and the room are clean. We management to check in straight away when we arrive. Been greet by wonderful and cheerful staff. Thanks to the reservation staff who arrange the pick up transport to the hotel and baby cot for my son. Staff: All are very friendly and helpful, especially from the cafe. I can't get his name but every time when we down for breakfast he will sure find us the table and baby chair for my son.

A few things to highlight. I found stain on my towel and bed sheet when the first day we stay. The next morning I did inform the front desk and they change it immediately.

Rooms a little tired and not perfectly maintained.

We loved the location of this hotel, with easy access to many places, including seafood restaurants, malls and the beautiful thousand islands. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Additionally, the cleanliness of this hotel was impeccable, and the breakfast options were excellent.

It's near the Ancol recreation center, so it's good for family holiday.The hotel is good, the rooms are spacious, the breakfast was good too.

Location was convenient, being close to attractions. The parking availability was also a plus.

The room was not well-maintained as there were dust and dirt everywhere, causing my allergies to flare up. The sheet and air in the room did not feel fresh and clean.

Its location (very close to Ancol and other shopping centers) and the hospitality provided by the staffs. Breakfast was alright, it has a wide selection of food and beverages but it gets really crowded. Facilities such as swimming pool, free shuttle bus, billiard, spa&massage, mini mart, etc. btw, it doesn't stink, at least not inside the hotel, unless you stand outside the main gate for hours.

Shuttle bus was only for 10am-1pm, not very convenient for a family. Free billiard only one time for each room. More than 1 spa discount voucher can't be used on the same person. Traffics right outside of the main gate.

i am stay in this hotel for 5 days comfortable nice location and when i booking from here they gave me 2 bedroom with one bathroom and i talk to him to gave us tow bath room and its done . last day they weakme up andgave me my breakfast and taxi for free to pass me to the airbort.

4 days in 2 rooms with living area and two bathroom , one of the bathroom its really old and bad wood and always have bad smell

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient and close to nearby facilities like restaurants, laundry, and a supermarket. The hotel offered a variety of services including room service, car hire, and a 24-hour reception. The rooms were equipped with amenities such as air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The hotel also had a swimming pool and spa & wellness centre for guests to enjoy.

The staff's language and hospitality skills could be improved.

We liked the Location and the Building Design was well suited for our need. We loved the swimming pools...the children had fun,it just kept flowing from one area to the next. The facilities there, was designed well for the use...although we couldn't, didn't use all the facilities that was there. We are pleased overall...it was very comfortable.

The hotel is nice and the staff is friendly n helpful

The only thing about this hotel all their wall sockets is 2 pin and they dont have a 3 pin wall plug which they should think about as i am unable to charge my laptop n handphone due to the fact they dont have it available.

The hotel is conveniently located near a convenience store and LG mall in Mangadua Square, making it easy to get necessities. it's near an event venue and only 1 km away from Ancol, making it a great place to stay when visiting the area. the breakfast is great and the staff is helpful and efficient. the rooms are huge, with a kitchen set, living room, and balcony, providing a lot of space.

Despite the hotel's great qualities, there could be improvement in the air conditioning and food quality in the cafe on the 33rd floor.

I only liked the interior design of the hotel room

I didn't like the hotel staff, room cleaning, the facilities they have, the poor services they offer including the paid services like the spa there wasn't even a shampoo or clean towel.

we needed an extra bed sheet they said they don't have and they didn't bring it until i called 10 times,no closet in the second room.
